Does the fountain need to stay plugged in?
No. SUNNY PETS™ is rechargeable and designed for cordless use. Charge the fountain using the included UK charging adapter, then place it where it works best for your dog.
Which size should I choose — 4L or 7L XL?
The 4L model is a great everyday option for smaller households and dogs. The 7L XL provides 75% more water capacity and is ideal for larger dogs, multiple-dog households, or anyone who wants to refill less often.
How often should I replace the filter?
Replacement frequency depends on usage, water quality and the number of pets using the fountain. Check the filter regularly and replace it when it becomes dirty, worn or is no longer filtering effectively.
Is the fountain noisy?
The fountain is designed for whisper-quiet operation, making it suitable for everyday use around the home.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. The stainless-steel components are designed to be easy to maintain and are dishwasher safe. The pump, filter and other removable components should be cleaned separately as appropriate.
Is it easy to set up?
Yes. The fountain is designed for simple everyday use. Assemble the components, fill the reservoir with water, make sure the filter and pump are correctly positioned, and the fountain is ready to use.

Can I use normal tap water?
Yes. The fountain can be used with normal drinking water that is safe for your pet.
Can more than one dog use the fountain?
Yes. Both sizes can be used in multi-dog households. For larger dogs or multiple pets, the 7L XL may be the more convenient option because of its larger capacity.
How long does delivery take?
