What if my dog won't use it?
Most dogs are naturally drawn to moving water, and many start drinking straight away. If yours is a little unsure, place the fountain next to their usual bowl for a few days, then remove the bowl once they're comfortable. And if it still isn't right for your dog, you're covered by our 1-Year Money-Back Guarantee.

Will my dog be scared of it?
The pump is designed to be whisper quiet, so there's no loud noise to put them off. Shy dogs usually just need a day or two to get curious.

Will water splash everywhere?
The fountain gives your dog a shallow, controlled flow of water instead of a deep open bowl, which helps reduce splashing and wet paws. For extra peace of mind, our waterproof anti-splash mat keeps floors dry.

Which size should I choose — 4L or 7L XL?
The 4L is a great everyday option for small and medium dogs. The 7L XL holds 75% more water and is ideal for large dogs, multi-dog homes, or anyone who wants to refill less often.

Can more than one dog use it?
Yes. For two or more dogs we recommend the 7L XL.

Using your fountain

How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, the battery can last up to 30 days, depending on the mode you choose and how often your dog uses the fountain.

Prefer not to think about charging? The fountain can also be used while plugged in at all times, so it never runs out of power.

That means you can go fully cordless for a clean, cable-free setup, or keep it connected — whatever suits your home and your dog's routine best.

Is it easy to set up?
Yes. Insert the filter and sponge, fill the stainless steel reservoir with fresh water, charge the battery and switch it on. Setup takes just a few minutes.

Is it easy to clean?
Yes. The stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe and resist the slimy build-up you often get with plastic fountains. The pump and electronic parts should be wiped clean separately and never put in the dishwasher.

Can I use tap water?
Yes. Normal drinking-quality tap water is perfectly fine. In hard-water areas, you may need to change the filter a little more often.

Filters

How often should I replace the filter?
Each filter lasts around 15 days, so most dogs need 2 filters per month. Homes with several dogs or hard water may need to change them more often.

Where can I buy replacement filters?
Replacement filters are available in 2 to 8-month supply packs in our Filters & Accessories collection.
